You are loved.

These simple words can mean so much to someone. I know this after over 20 years as a social worker. I also know that people need to be reminded that they are loved.

When you buy a shirt or sticker for someone, you're reminding them that you love them. And the gift of love is passed on to all who see the message. Life is complicated and can be difficult to talk about. Just know that you are loved.
